Should voters be given a NOTA (None Of The Above) choice?

Hello istoryans in my opinion NOTA is the best option because by using it we can show our regret towards the participants in the poll.

Mostly people are not using their right for voting, behind this the main reason is exasperation towards the nominations. If most of us choose NOTA then government may re-think about the nominated candidates and this time it will select eligible candidates for re-election.
