@tbong, C/C++ is the best language for palm os, though na a sad java called SUPERWABA, but it is not widely used. Best sad na IDE gamiton is CodeWarrior coz na a sya ug mga templates para ma paspas ang imo pag program.

If PDA programming ang imo hobby, mas maayu mag concentrate ka sa Windows Mobile (pocket pc), sayun ra sya compare sa Palm OS, and besides latest na Palm TREO devices karun windows mobile na ang OS (http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000867059961/)
