pasensya kung ga himo ko ug thread nga dili news... pero sa ka incompetent sa gov't labi na sa agency tasked to plan disaster risk reduction, I HOPE MAKASUGOD NA SILA UG REHABILITATION PLANS NOW.
1 week na pero puro gihapon relief plans. At least man lang unta mubawi sila sa rehabilitation kay kung dili.. ma ghost town gyud ang leyte for a while.
AND PLEASE NDRRMC... sa mga buhis nga gibayad sa inyo kay naa mo sa inyong mga posisyon karon, tarunga intawn inyong trabaho dili kay mag badjing2x lang mo diha. Nganu gud tawn walay apil sa inyong plano ang disaster nga dili maka function ang LGU? nayabag na mo
Kung ang bagyo didto na igo sa manila.... ug disfunctional na ang national agencies kay naa mo didto tanan... mu ingon lang sad ming mga LGU sa probinsya nga

Ge nalang.. paspasi nlng na ninyo diha. Pagplano na mo daan beyond relief operations. bahala na mo mangurakot diha basta inyong paspasan karon para makabalik ang mga taga leyte ug samar sa ilang mga lugar. makonsensya sad tawn mo.
si ted failon pa gud tawn naka suggest ug broadcast station para mas ma disseminate ang information about current relief operations. wa gyud ka huna2x ang maaung gov't agency. sobra na ka dependent sa mobile communications nakalimtan ang basics.

nana pud ni sila sige announce ug mga un-ana. how could the people trust them when in mere rescue and relief operations alone, they are a huge disappointment...
