Need help on a 20k gaming rig

HELLO MGA ISTORYANS!

I'm planning on building a gaming pc my minimum budget on building a pc is 20k - 24k w/o os

I much more prefer on Intel + Nvidia combinations (I'm not being a fan boy, but i experienced AMD on a laptop combined with an intel and i wasn't happy with the results.)

specs must be:
cpu: intel 3rd/4th gen i5/i7
Gpu: Nvidia gt600 series
case: Coolermaster Haf 912 Combat (my pick)
monitor: any model with 5ms response time
ram: 4GB/8GB any manufacturer
motherboard: any model that can run windows 8 (i already have the os)
hdd: must be 1tb or 500GB
wifi adapter:Asus PCE-N15 Wireless N300(I'm used to wireless signal and love moving my set up around)
psu: u decide since the gpu has its minimum power supply needed.
DVD rom: Asus 24X Internal SATA
colling system: Fan based

It's fine that not all the parts are on the recommended (which is the specs above) cause later on i will upgrade it's parts.

you can use that TS as your guide.. mejo lisud jd imo budget TS sa imo gpangmention nga mga specs, hinglabi na my monitor ka pang kinahanglanon apil sa imo budget..
