Web Development Project Manager

We're looking for a dev ninja to join our fast-growing team as one of our client-facing developers.

Your role will involve:
- Talking to clients to come up with an agreed plan for their sites
- Working with our designers to come up with something that matches yours and the client's vision
- Coordinating the other devs on the team to make sure each project gets finished on time and to an excellent standard
- Communicating with clients regarding any changes and maintenance required
- Managing improvements to existing websites
- Liasing with the SEO team to make sure that the sites are optimised
- Liasing with the content team to manage content for the sites

Your experience must include:
- Excellent written English and good spoken English
- Project management. You will be responsible for delegating tasks to other devs in the team and you need to be confident managing deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Leading website build projects
- Extensive Wordpress experience, as most of our sites are Wordpress
- Understanding of conversion principles, CTAs
- Passionate and interested in web design, and really keen to demonstrate your expertise in a fun and friendly team.

Our team is mostly Cebu-based so the role would really suit a Filipino guy or gal, but we are open to applicants from anywhere if you have the right skills. You will be working from home for the time being (we're planning to open a Cebu office in 2014), so a fast reliable internet connection is obviously important.
