Some say socket 1155 will be dead soon and there is only a 3% - 5% CPU differentiation between SB, IB to Haswell. As for FPS its also around 3-5 FPS more in a gaming.

The question is ,. is it really worth it ? or just wait it out ...

Kung dual core to quad worth it. Kung sandy quad to quad haswell not worth it...

Performance difference between IVY and Haswell isn't worth the upgrade. If you came from an SB or older gen it is but that would depend on how you use it.
