Accdng. to "Ang Pinaka", Cebu City is the no.1 "Ang pinaka livable city in Phil".

I haven't been to every single city (or at least, the major ones) in the country, but of all the ones I've been to, Cebu tops my list. It's my favorite city in Pinas.

I have to agree to this BUT. Maybe only on WEEKENDs and on HOLIDAYS when most people are not in it! And of course, after the whole city floats after floods visit thanks to all the fuss about the real estate boom (kunohay) that has been helping in the uprooting of the very limited trees in its mountain parts. Oh yeah! Cebu City gyud! lolz

and this is coming from someone who is living in downtown cebu since the 80s! yep kids, cebu city is the best place to live in when there were still kalisas roaming around! but now? Not for everyone that's for sure.

I completely disagree.

Compare the overall and relative crime rate, infrastructure especially the sewage and flood control system.

I do get reports that Davao floods from time to time, however I am hopeful it can be fixed ASAP knowing that Digong will not condone red tape at all.

I prefer Cebu than Davao. I don't want to live in a sort of "watchful peace" kind-of-city.
