Too much napod siguro ng call center but compensation wise its a good choice.
Bu I think mas nindot if mag tutor siya ug mga kids, personal tutor ba esp. With her very good back ground.

I have worked with agents and trainees before who were 50-60 y.o. in a call center here in Cebu. It can be a bit overwhelming IF they aren't used to admin work, and have limited proficiency in using computers. But if she's up for it, then why not. BPO's don't have age limit, as long as kaya nimo ang trabaho, payts ra kaayo.

But yeah, @Hobie is right. She'll do well being a tutor -- afterall, she was a teacher for long time.
