I didn't pay my Globe postpaid plan 2 years ago.

Last November 2010, i applied for a Globe postpaid plan and got approved but was not able to complete payment coz i got terminated from my work. Now, i want to apply again for a postpaid plan sa Globe. My question is, can i still apply again?
I have read a forumsthat Globe's blacklisted records will reset after 2 years and that person was able to get another phone again. Can you help me validate that one fellow istoryans? Please share your experiences

Last 2010, ni appply ko sa Smart ug 999 nga smartbro. Kausa ra ko nibayad pag kuha lang nya pagka next month bayrunon wa na ko nibayad kay naglood ko tungod sa kahinay sa connection, magabii ra mukusog mga 11pm ra pa jud till 7am. Hasul. Wa bitaw ko ni bayad... wala man sad gi putol ang connection. Naggamit to nako for 6 months, nya gibaligya nako sa akong classmet ug 300. Nahalin. Sa iyang kamot ni last pa ug more than 3 months usa giputol. hehehe..

Nisuway kog re-apply last January, nakakuha ra man gihapon ko, pero nagtinondo nako ug bayad. hehe.
