    Default Cheap!!! Deca Homes Minglanilla (Phase 1) - with garage/lawn in front (2 Storey Row House)


    I am selling my house at Deca Homes Phase 1 (Argon St.) one of the widest roads in Deca Phase 1.

    > #78 Block 3, Lot 39, Argon St, Deca Homes 1, Tungkil, Lipata, Minglanilla
    > 54 sqm Lot Area
    > 1 CR, pero pwede ra duhaon, pwede ra i extend ang rear side sa house, para naay CR ang masters bedroom.
    > Fully paid na ni nako sa Pag-ibig 6 years ago pa.
    > Title is under my name already. Wala sad ni nako ma gamit as collateral to any loan or whatever utang.
    > Acquired 2006
    > With 3 bedroom partitions (plywood)

    > Wala kay kaatbang na balay (kay ang atbang nimo na haus nagtakilid 'facing left and right' and both), therefore the opposite side of the road pwede ra nimo himoon parkingan (as I did)
    > Hilom ang amo silingan to the right and to the left, dili gubot.
    > Pwede nimo i-extend imo balay to the front (as some homeowners did), naa pa kay about 4~5 meters in front of you, just sacrifice the parking since you can park outside safely.
    > ubay ubay na ko napa nindot sa house because this is bare when Deca turned over the house the first time.
    > Selling way way way below Market value (try asking Deca Homes Projects as this kind of units will cost 1.3M approx - bare pa!)
    > Reason for Selling? I have a new house!!!
    > Availability May 2013... because nagpuyo pa mi karon dire, mubalhinay pa mi...
    > I am selling my Unit for 950K net, kamo na lang process sa transfer... Or we can negotiate.. either downpayment mo then staggard payment ang the rest, pwede ra, pero ang title is still under my name until you fully paid the unit. Sabot Sabot lang!
    > You can re-loan this to Pag-Ibig/Bank (kamo na bahala)
    > Our house has the one of best spot (wider road compare to neighbors, parking slot). You can't find a better deal than this. check the place so you'll know what I meant.
    > Ingon ako mama dili ta nako ibaligya pero, unsaon ta man ning balay na walay magpuyo!

    ill also take some pix soon as some of our neighbors extend their property, claiming the front. nindot kaayo kay nidako. so covered na ilang parking, and some gihimong Living Room mismo ang ilang front. And take note, ang rear end side pwede pa to ma extend about 1.5++ Meters sa Second Floor, so your masters bedroom will become bigger and will have it's own CR...

    Lots of possibilities with this unit.

    So buy this unit, wala na moy hassle pag apply VECO, PLDT (landline/net), naa na ni daan, pwede na mo mupuyo in no time, as we still live here at the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!
