Nah, just another case of the government riding on issues. No offense meant to the victim but there are a lot of kids who died because of stray bullets, some are even unknown and didn't make it to the news. Since there are talks about this and the media pounding on it, here comes the government "acting" as if doing something by giving P2M. P2M is just too much, this issue is just being too sensationalized and to show the people that the government is indeed serious about it. To the government, why not try solving a harder case, let's say the Maguindanao Massacre?
