due to the state of my job, wala na ko'y hilig sa night outs. pero, dili ko mo-agree ani nga proposed bill. closing bars and clubs at 1AM does not assure you of a decrease in the crime/accident statistics. lahi na ang mga kabataan karon uie. no matter how you try to prohibit them from doing something, they'll find a way. would he rather nga ang mga tawo kay mag-inum ug mag-party sa mga daplin daplin? kanang areas nga wala jud security? wouldn't it be preferable if they party inside clubs and bars where there is a sense of contained security? pero opinion ra pud ni nako. hehe
