mga istoryans ask ko sa inyo opinion if ok ra bah mag download og videos sa youtube most likely mga tutorials,

unsa man ang issue ani with regards sa RA 10175 Law.

Check lang sa Terms of Service s Youtube... if what you are doing is illegal sa terms... then it is illegal sa RA 10175... if its not... then i guess its ok... beside if you are goin to sell it... then check if for personal use raba or commercial...
