Tried to search the forum but found none specifically for this typhoon. Pag-asa's site has been last updated 5:00PM only with:

At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "OFEL" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at in the vicinity of Ormoc City, Leyte(11.0°N, 124.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 22 kph."

Yesterday, we are being placed under signal no. 2 & Signal no. 1- (Northern Cebu including Camotes Island Signal no.2 while Southern Cebu was hoisted under signal no. 1).

People on the port yesterday were stranded. As of now, storm signal warning in CEBU was lifted already. Thanks to our beloved Sr. Sto Nino and San Pedro Calungsod na there was no damage reported.
