Default CEBU Flooding. Who's to blame?

I have noticed that our beloved city is more prone to flooding than before. When we experienced heavy rains last Tuesday it resulted to heavy traffic and flooding. Now who's at fault here? some say that our drainage systems is behind 10 years! But together with the water came tons of trash which indicates that people are not disposing it properly.

A drainage system maybe behind by a decade or more. But see-we can't blame the years. It's the trash that clogs the drainage that cause all these floodings. People should learn how to dispose their trash correctly. I tagged people as uneducated if they throw they're trash anywhere be it a cigarette butt or candy wrapper. Making our city as a huge trash bin is such a disgrace..

1.) blame the people who is irresponsible. ang mga pataka lang og labay sa hugaw.
2.) the gov't for not protecting the environment specially ang atong kakahuyan og kabukiran nga gipang quarry-han.
3.) blame the private/corporate sector who irresponsibly cutting and destroying the environment.

sad news........ i am now having second thoughts relocating back to cebu as it is getting more like "manila" in the making but could be worse due to its small size and less aggressive infrastructure development...

oh well, going back to the topic, i'd like to blame it on the scenario/situation and not to specific people kay wah gyud nay ka pa dulngan mag pointing fingers lang.... kay ang problema ana, poor urban planning... so basically, it involves everybody including all constituents... definitely not just the government...

ahhh, the blame game. it's just how it is with the world. it's decaying and we can't do anything to reverse it. everywhere in the world, there's some form of suffering. naay ga antos kay way uwan, naa say nasobrahan og uwan. ang uban gi linog, others have hurricane, etc.

sadly, all we can really do is, roll with the punches and suck it up!
