currently we're living in a single detached house

pros
1. airy. lusot lusot ang hangin
2. privacy within sa lawn or garage area or sa luyo na labhanan. imuha tanan and spacious.
3. occassions, dili jud ka maikog f hangtod 3am imong videoke kay dili man kaayo lanog whereas, siguro, sa townhouse, lanog siguro kaayo noh?
4. if buying ka a detached house, the lot area is double versus sa townhouse. like the townhouse karon sa city kay worth 2.8 and if mu mupalit sad ka ug city na vacant lot and pa build ka ug house kay worth pud 3m. so that's the cause of this thread. hehehe!


cons
1. bother mi if biyaan namu ang balay na walay tawo. since uso naman ron ang kawat. ang balay na walay tawo mao jud ang punterya sa mga kawatan whereas, siguro, sa townhouse mas daghan man imong silinga na sikit pajud so obvious jud kaayo ug naa mangawat, maybe?
