PLATE # LNA 355 / Black Kia Sorento.... if anyone knows the owner of this car... tell him/her that he/she is an ASSHOLE.... This vehicle was double parked and blocking my car in the basement of Ayala Cebu near the grocery area. They should revoke your license.... EPAL talaga!

have you tried reporting it to the ayala guards? the good thing about them guards at ayala, if I'm not mistaken, is that they have the power to issue tickets just like CITOM.

unlike the ones in SM where last week, a guard stopping a driver from parking because he was going the wrong way just ignored him and even felt like he was doing the right thing in-front of his family. very good example. i wonder how he would act without love ones on-board.
