Mga master, ask lng unta ko sa inyo opinion kun ok ba ang Kodak Z710 Camera pra sa newbie prehas nako? Nag plan ko palit ani ron kay ganahan unta ko apil ani inyo IPC group. Mka suya man gud mag photoshoot mo ug nice locations, sinulogs & model shoot. Mao ra man gud ni ma afford ron ako budget. hope matabangan ko ninyo.

the first digital cam I used extensively was a Kodak DC280. a simple 2 megapixel full auto exposure camera.
took really great pictures with it. then I got my Sony DSC-F717 after that and the a Canon EOS 300D later.

one thing you need to look for in a camera is the ability to shoot manual... which I think this camera can do.

if possible, also try and get a digicam with a hotshoe... or at least a pc-sync... which some kodak cameras
have built-in, though not this particular model.

i agree with abortretryfail. if your just looking for a p&s chose a camera with lots of manual control. this will help you xplore more about photography. im using a canon powershot a520. i've learned a lot from this camera and still learning from it.. i can set aperture, shutter speed, wb, control the flash, iso etc... it also prepares me before i move into the dslr world.

image stabilizier also becomes a factor in choosing a camera these days especially for p&s cause you probably be shooting handheld most of the time. though cameras with this feature is more expensive.

choose a camera you can grow with as your skills develop.
