Remember Spratly Islands dispute because of a potential gas and oil deposits. Well, we all know alot of countries claimed this island and one of the biggest country is China. So, to solve the dispute diplomatic means came in, Philippines, Vietnam, and China made a deal. China offered Philippines loans and so on... and everything started here ...
