i dont think its fair to make a poll survey at this time. The defense had just started to present their witnesses and evidence, the people so far are hearing mostly one side of the story which is the prosecution. Let the defense finish all the presentations first before the people make any judgement.

on article 2 ...so far the defense is slowly proving its case... Imagine out of the 45 - cancelled documents - parking lots - lots owned by vicente - houses owned by children = 5 Properties left...
So corona right from the beginning was right all along for saying that he only owned 5 out of 45....
The burden left to prove for corona's defense to be totally acquitted for article 2 is to prove the capability of its children to own these houses. But as far as research is concern Carla who i think owned the bellago and other properties whom the prosecutors says belongs to corona is very much Capable of buying these properties. Carla Castillo is married to Dr. Constantino Castillo III. A doctor of the 2 top Private hospitals in the Philippines, namely Medical City and Asian Hospital.
Every body in the Philippines knows that doctors, most especially from Private Hospitals earns lots of money. They are receiving salary from the hospital and they also have income from their clinics.
With concern to Maria Charina, i heard that she is a graduate in the US and is married to a US citizen. If they have been working there for many years. Then i dont see any reason for her and her husband not to be able to buy any property in the Philippines. Cause as far as I know professionals in the United states earns as much as 10K US dollar per month. Double that with the earning of her husband. Then it would mean that in 1 month they will have 1 million pesos as salary(subject to tax from the US).
In short. all i need to hear from the defense side is for them to present evidence of their capability or earnings.
As far as the Bank Deposits are concern, i think the defense has established the fact that the money inside these accounts belongs to the Basa-Guidote in thrust to Mrs. Corona. That is why these acounts were named after the spouses. With regards to this i think we need more evidence and explanation from the defense side.
With the article regarding Mrs. Arroyo. I agree with the SC's decision to put a TRO against the Watchlist order. Let us remember that at the time the DOJ ordered the watchlist order against Mrs. Arroyo, Mrs. Arroyo doesnt have any case in any court. So it is rightful for her to go outside the country. If she did escape in another country then it is not the SC to blame, it is the Government for not filing a case against her faster or earlier.
With regards to the case against Pal. I think CJ is not at fault here. The SC decision is a collegiate body. Meaning each case is decided as a body and not as a single Justice. If they allege that the decision was wrong, then they should have alleged all the justices involved and not only corona.
Not guilty not because Corona is honest but the prosecution is incompetent of presenting sufficient evidences to convict CJ Corona.
Thieves pointing fingers on other thieves. Nice show in the Senate huh.
in my own opinion, guilty na si CJ Corona. Ang sayop lang kay gilaktod ang proseso.
