A Factory Unlocked iPhone will never locked ever (kung sa bisaya pa, Openline na ni xa daan pag palit). You can use any SIM you like both local and international. Dili ma locked bisan mag update pa ka via iTunes to any future iOS versions. The thing about "Software Unlocked" iPhones (meaning locked siya to a specific carrier pero gi unlocked lng or gipa "openline" ang tawag sa uban) is that it will eventually become locked again once you update the iOS to a newer version so you have to find someone who can unlocked it everytime you update. When you buy a Gevey SIM, chances are it can only unlock the current iOS version during the time when it was released. For example, ni palit ka ug Gevey SIM during iOS 5.0.1, inig upgrade nimu to the newest iOS 5.1, dili na nimu ma unlock balik. Mupalit na pud ka lain Gevey SIM nga maka unlock ug iOS 5.1 or maghuwat ka hangtud naa na pud Software Unlocked available sa imung iOS version. Hasul ang iPhone locked nga gi software unlocked ra (gipa openline kunuhay).
