drink lng ka milk everyday bro..rich in calcium mana den exercise ka early morning 6-8am para makuha ka vit. d which helps in absorption of vit. d in our body..
simple lang jud... no need to take food supplements.. just eat fresh vegetables like kamote tops, broccoli, tofu ug seafoods.. they have high percentage of calcium and phosphorus needed to make your bones strong.
And u should eat these foods EVERYDAY! of the year..
