nop.... speed of PATA ra gihapon pero interface to MBoard as SATA...
I have a Serillel(PATA to SATA) controller from my old ABIT mobo, which currently i'm using right now, no improvement whatsoever it's just that the interface has been change to SATA...

Same speed, mas convenient ra ang SATA in terms of connectivity. Mas less pod tingale ang power consumtion sa SATA, I am not sure.

la ra na effect TS..magmatter na sa RPM nimu sa HDD..hehe...common RPM sa HDD today, 7200( I guess)..SATA/PATA( is only a bus)..hinay ang bus kng ang ligid nimu hinay mtuyok JOK TYM heheheh..
