the iPod Touch has scuffs on the back from being in the case ironically, but the screen has had a protector from day one, it is barely used though since I bought an IP4 less than a month after I got it. The Nano is brand new, also 8gigs... however, only the units are for sale, no chargers, no accessories, but the units will be charged before sale, so that you may check and test it... the Touch comes with its case, if you want it... has a few apps on it, its not jailbroken, it has never been tampered with...
