Civilly married, pero planning to get married sa church next year

Hi guys.. ask lang ko advise ninyo.. As mentioned above, my wife and I are civilly married abroad. Unsay mga requirements para sa church wedding? We are both from Bacolod city..

- Marriage contract
- Baptismal cert - kailangan jud ba newly issued? kailangan jud ba naay annotation "For marriage purposes only"?
- Confirmation cert - kailangan jud ba newly issued? kailangan jud ba naay annotation "For marriage purposes only"?

Unsa pay mga requirements? Please help mga istoryans..
