I just wanna share my experiences during my monthly period. A week before my menstruation, my migraine will attack. I don't feel like eating, and yes that moody thing, like sayop gamay suko dayon, singhag dayon..well, i just realize that its not right after my menstruation. What i hate most when my menstruation come is that i dont like to feel migraine and dysmenorrhea at the same time. And by the time i have my menstruation, i'm like buntis, craving for food which is unusual, like food that i don't really like to eat.I'll suggest to all the boys out there that your patience is needed when this time come. Like for me, i told my hubby to understand me in this time coz' he witness also how i suffer the pain. That's why im so envious to those ladies who didn't feel all of this when their menstruation come.

As for me, blame it to the hormones! Shedding of the uterine lining, that causes painful menstrual cramps. Premenstrual syndrome(PMS) mao na maka experience ka ug migraine, irritability, food cravings, ma depress naka kay coming na imu period.. sayon ra kaau makasulti ning mga "lalaki" nga mogara ang mga babae ug ting bisita, wa man tawn na gituyo, kung kblo lng mo unsa ka hasol. naa cramps nga tolerable, naa sad times dli, thats the time nga mo take nko ug ibuprofen, to ease the pain. naa pa jud usahay during period nga dli ka makasabot, kay init kaau imu lawas, igangon ka pero ug magpa aircon sad ka, tugnawn sd ka..
