Need help badly..

my dad left the dslr at our vehicle, and somehow water got into it since he placed it at the vehicle floor inside a plastic while he was attending to my mom while in the hospital.. our camera had no bag so he placed it inside the plastic so that it wont attract any outsider who happens to glimpse at the inside part of our vehicle.. somehow as i checked it, there were no water presence in the lens nor in the part where the lens was attached to the body.. but as i checked the microphone of the cam it had some water particles on it and also on the other buttons such as the menu since it was placed facing upward.. the camera's unit is 600D.. i still checked the parts right now and did not turn it on since the incident happened..

whether under warranty or not, Go to Canon Service Center, to satisfy ur needs TS....

yaw lang sa i-on imong camera sir. go seek for professional help. i think shops like camera care can help you on your prob. or much better go to canon service center. hehe

pero for sure, kuhaa usa ang battery ana, and send to service center lang usa...or sa 3rd party nga tig ayo ug camera para ma ablehan na nila.

Just as the other members are telling here, dalha lang sa service center and ipa-check. Pero, as far as I know, dili advisable nga ibilin ang mga sensitive electronic gadgets sa cars.

canon 600d ang unit bro.. ako na gpangdetach ang battery grip ug lens.. so far ok raman sila but ang speaker man tingali na niya, the buttons for making the adjustments and the joint sa flash.. naay trace of water.. mao gani tempting kau i.on ang cam kay dili nako ma.ablihan ang flash to check the water.. pero pugong lang sa jud ko. ablihan ba jud na nila ang unit as in dis.assemble everything..? ang monitor kay wala man gani trace of water. i think natuluan rato gamay mao to nisulod ang tubig.

hehehe lagi unta to bro.. unsaon taman ako dad wala man kau alamag nya magdala2 maski dili kau kahibaw mugamit kay magpasikat.. makasapot.. tuga2 niya dali kaau masuko.. karon wala gani kahibaw ako mom about ani kay gsugdan ni ug bayad sa ako dad pero ako mom nitiwas ug bayad.. nahilom wala niya sultihi ako mom..
