RARE GI JOE POC "BLACK" HISSTANK - before P3,50O ----> now P3,200 (FREE Decepticon and Autobot KEY CHAIN and Decepticon and Autobot Kiddie Mask)
I half-opened the box to double check if the item inside is really a BLACK Hisstank. I was advised by a friend from the US to do it because he was victimized by a seller and made him believed that the hisstank he bought was a black one.
So to avoid future customer complaints, i decided to follow his advise. Here it is:
