we do have before!!, the train had been sold to sugar cane plantation at negros.... (there is a discussion about this i here try searching)
i also like cebu to have a train, but i doubt it will push thru, why? too many parties would probably against it 1) Bus Companies 2) Shipping Companies

naa man guro train before from carcar to cebu city.
It's not yet late for you guys in Cebu to have an underground mass transport system. Ayaw na mo paghulat na managhan ang mga skyscrapers dinha, unlike in manila where tall buildings are sprouting everywhere it will be very costly and impractical to put up such massive underground project..

wala lang,, lisod na kaau na i realize nang train2x dri sa cebu, taas pa kaau na ug buhatunon, abtan ug 48 years if mag plano pa ..
so no choice ta..
There was already a thread about this in the Politics and Current Events section. A congressman was drafting a bill for a BRT in Cebu. The thread was kinda taas though so I did not read through all the posts so I don't know what happened now. You might wanna check it for reference.
