if my memory serves me correctly supportsave is located in fuente! dugay2x naman ni siya na company. i have some friends working there. ok raman daw ang working environment dd2. i dont know their accounts. ang ingon nila na nice daw kuno dd2. esp. ang tag.iya. nindot daw mu dala ug taw. dnt know if its true. mao rana ang istorya nila nako.

I'm new here sa istorya.net and karon lang ko kabasa sa imo question... SupportSave caters to mostly small and medium sized businesses but since they are growing they are now servicing some big clients...

In regard sa salary, if gikan ka dako na company, better be ready nga mu go down ka kay starting nila kay gamay ra compared sa other call centers -muabot ghapon cya more than 10k hinuon and basin, then if maka timing ka nga account nga generous ang client, naay other incentives

Environment - very relaxed...

Management - approachable, (for me)

Downside:
Expect some pay disputes, I experienced it several times pero reklamo lang, dali raman duolon mga admin/management personnel

Daghan ko nakaila nga gikan pod ug big companies but still with SS cguro tungod relax ra or cguro tungod kay ganahan sila sa environment lang...

I came from big companies and I'm not sure why I'm still with SS cguro tungod sa ako client or cguro tungod sa environment hehe...
