Leaked AMD Roadmap w/ new platform to succeed Bulldozer

Seems that there is a planned 10 core cpu for 2012. Because of the design, a new socket is needed called FM2 although it might be compatible with AM3+ using 9XX chipsets.

Thoughts: makes me weary of the upcoming Bulldozer platform. It has yet to be released and already it's going to be replaced after only a year? Something's fishy there...

lol. intel is worse. At least sa AMD whenever they make new cpus it is usually compatible with previous sockets ie. Bulldozer is compatible with AM3, etc.

But whenever an architecture is quickly scrapped for a newer one, usually it's cuz dili sila satisfied with it such as the previous 1156 sa intel... that architecture was a disappointment cuz it wasn't better then 1366 at any point and was still expensive. mao worrying ang AMD Bulldozer because it might be the same...

Wala may nagpugos nato na pa-upgradon ta pirmi diba. Dili man necessary nga kadagawas bag-o nga platform palit dayon. Unless daghan ka kwarta ug gusto ka sikat ka pirmi kay naa kay "lates hardwer".
