Yes, supplier business is lucrative as long as their is a demand for you supply and that you are the direct supplier, not middleman. Just keep your prices competitive because that is where the business continuity rely aside from quality.

Capitalization depends on the size of your business and on the business model. The ROI on the other hand depends on how fast can you turn your product into sales and then eventually profit.
