I applied for NextQ while I was waiting for the call from Teleperformance for my Job Offer.. wala man ni klaro ang recruitment sa NextQ oi, I got a text telling me I passed the final interview and they told me via text message that they will just call/text me for the schedule of my training and until now wala pa man ni.text. I did not bother to make a follow up na lang pud kay I was actually just waiting for Teleperformance man pud.

naa ko ex team8 before.. interview ra daw...wala raman exam..yahay kaau iyang account coz mag FB² lang sila while at work

hahaha basin kaila nako ning mag FB FB lang while at work chillax raman gud nga account....Sa akoang nahibaw-an. NextQ sa ilaha VoIP account. 3 process ang interview first is initial interview with Bea and exam simple english etc, 2nd was Maricor and Technical VoIP Exam lisud lisud gamay pero kaya ra! ,3rd is one of the Owner from Manila Sir Mon, 1 day process and decide na para job offer and salary negotiation. Okay raman ang process as what i had experienced.

Qualifications:
• With high IQ.
• With Call Center / BPO experience of not less than 6 months to a year is required (for TSS).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome (for CSS).
• Willing to work in shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Between 18 to 30 years old, male or female.
• At least 2nd year college level.
• Willing to be hired immediately.
• Knowledgeable in computer and Internet applications are required.
• Willing to undergo extensive training.
• Graduate of any IT/Business or any related course, an advantage.
• Can type 30 to 45 wpm.
• Above average communications skill
