Images on websites are partly broken - help!

Every time I open websites that are image-heavy, some images are broken after the whole website has finished loading, and have gray areas. Sometimes discoloration also happens.

I have tried everything, re-installing Firefox, using Chrome, deleting cookies, and I can't seem to google the problem also. I guess it's not a browser problem, because it happens with both FF and Chrome.

Please help!

Try kuno adto og laing internet cafe, nya i-open didto.
Just to compare lang bah. Kay duda jud nako, sa linya na.
Probably naputol pod ang linya pag-upload nimo.

Actually, dili jud hinay among net. Hehe. Around 2mbps mi. Paspas sad mu-load ang websites, pero mao lagi, naa errors ang uban images. On that desktop PC ra sad ang problem, kay if mag-laptop mi, ok ra man. And, dili ako ag-upload ato na pics.

Anyway, thanks sa input! I really wonder what's wrong with the PC.
