Legal Corporate Problem....Please Help!

Hi Istoryans,

I have a problem. Married ko sauna sa isa ka French national. Then nagbusiness me ug shrimp farm. Nagcreate mi corporation. You can say nga puppet lang ko nga CEO. For the sake lang nga maka operate.

To make the story short. We broke up almost a year ago. Giputol nako tanan communication niya. Then lately, I learned na from my loyal workers na iya giforge ang signature sa ako father who was the acting manager sa farm. So, I was already thinking before na maybe he did the same thing sa ako signature para pagfile yearly report sa SEC.

Now, he fired my loyal men. To avoid obligations, magdeclare xa bankruptcy daw.

Here are my questions:
* Naa ba gihapon ko right sa business nga I turned my back man almost a year na?
* Is it possible nga maka-file xa bankruptcy without my signature and even if shareholder lang xa?
* The reason why wala ra nako ni lihuka is that I don't have enough cash para sa lawyer.
* What else should I do?

Abusado na au ni tawhana. Mura nakaminus jd sa mga Pinoy. Mura kinsa gahari adto amo lugar. I hope I can find help here.

murag daghan man legal aspects ang giviolate aning tawhana, forgery is one thing.
Another are legal issues with ownership of the corporation kay foreigner man siya.. keep us posted lang sis if unsa na nahitabo ani..

Update:

Napasaka na sa labor ang case ako mga tawo against sa ex-hubby. Gisisante man sila tanan. Then gipapugos sila pa-sign ug documents para ma-free na xa financial obligations sa workers, like separation pay, salary ug uban pa. Wala ni sign ako mga tawo. Nasuko ag puti. Wait pa ko next week kung naunsa na.

I also checked sa isa ka legal forum and this is what I was told:
"the labor case is not technically against him but against shrimp co.

to make matters complicated for him, have him reported to the nearest dole office so he can be checked if he has an alien certificate of registration.

the workers can file a complaint at the Bureau of Immigration to declare him an undesirable alien. or apply for a watch list order as a result of the labor case."

I'm still doing more research pa regarding sa ako actions.

Grabe jd. You won't believe the nerve of this guy. It's even worse because he brings prostitutes na sa resthouse since I left. Pero wala na ko pakialam kung unxaon niya iya life. I just want to be free from him lng jd, bro.
