    Default Call center question


    ngano man kasagaran sa mga call center nagrequire of at least 2 years in college?

    I asked an HR about it but there is no definitive answer. It could be that the accounts want some assurance that the agents are literate and trainable.

    but there are lots of high school graduates that are more literate and more fluent in english than those who had at least 2 years in college?

    There is no prior reason why they asked for Second Year College Level.

    One historic note I found was, if they sought for college grads they would loose a lot of potential candidates. Call Centers don't need a diploma to work. Instead they train them to entertain calls.

    College Grads is a privilege in the Philippines. Not all students can have a diploma due to financial restraints. Philippines is the 3rd Largest English Speaking Country. This attracted a lot of jobs. Lets thank the government for this Outsourcing Opportunity.

    Call Center Academy is part of the scholarship program by Cebu (citation needed) to help people get a job.

    Be confident
    Research about the company
    Agree to their terms (nightshift, demanding hours)
    Knowledge about the job
