Naay kauban ako GF na nitagam ug kaon sa punku-punku...

Since 1st yr college up to ni graduate na siya, ganahan siya mag kan-anan sa punku inig paniodto.
But last yr, diha niya nahibaw an nga nasakit siya and the findings is that hepa iya sakit...

Not actually the hepa that the uncurable one, I think it's Hepa A that can easily be cured.

And the doctors trace his history and the doctor found out that ang iya pagkaon sa punku-punku maoy hinungdan. Ato nga time wala palang daw na develop ang sakit....

Now, I don't eat punku-punku anymore.. Just prevention
