Digicam (New or Secondhand) for 2K budget

Hi to all, I'm looking for any Digicam (New or Secondhand) for 2K budget (im open to negotiations but limited ra ako money).
My first digicam just passed away....so i need a new (or old) one for this coming Christmas season..
Any brand will do.
My only requirements (in descending order of priority):
-at least 3.2MP JPEG Format (min. requirement)
-continuous video with audio (at least 640x480 at 20fps or higher) (min. requirement)
-with macro shot (min. requirement)
-any image stabilizer (basta dili dali mo-blurred ang pix) (min. requirement)
-with night shot capability or pwedi sa any lighting condition (min. requirement)
-self timer
-with 2-3x optical zoom
-preferably handy and dili kaayo dagko ang dimension/size
-preferably using AA or AAA battery
-storage media is expandable to at least 2GB
-panoramic shot option (not important)

-pls post sample shots taken with cam..
