guys, i'm having trouble transferring a 4GB file from a DVD to my HDD. it seems to stop its operation in the middle of the transfer. then, it says it cannot read from source file or disk. i don't seem to have this problem on the desktop. my laptop is two weeks old, and its an ASUS K40iN. the laptop's DVD drive is TSSTcorp CDDVDW.

i need your help guys. any kind of help is appreciated.
