naa na ni sa cebu...i don't know kung familiar mo sa Alcordo...they cater to buildings...mga high rise structures...for condos and houses...morag carry naman ni sa mga maids/househelps, besides very cheap ang labor sa pinas especially ing ani nga jobs, so you need to have more job orders to make money...the question is do we have the market?

nindot unta ni cya specially for those na without stay in maids and kinanglan magpa cleaning and stuff... BUT i doubt it would be easily accepted since your workers will be working inside the personal spaces of ppl... daghan kau og stuff na mka tintal and specially karon lisud na times, dali ra kau mka kawat og dili na mo balik nimo. would u be willing to assure ur clients that if something goes missing (clothes, electronics, jewelry, loose change, etc etc) you will pay for the item? and if himo himo-an ka og storya para mangwarta ang client nimo saying he/she had this item stolen or damaged (but wala d i), you will have to deal with it..

nindot cya na idea but its something that i wouldn't want to go into business in (labad sa ulo.heheh).

if theoretically speaking rata, i would probably hire one 1x or 2x a week to have my room and bathroom cleaned (depending on ur rates..is it her hour? per visit? dpending on the size of my place?..). i will be willing to pay only 100-150 (cleaning and housekeeping materials i will provide na) pesos considering if mag hire og maid for 1 month, it would just cost 1500-3000 per month per maid.

thanks for your inputs foxy.we will conceptualize the business in the next few months and will consider all the measures to avoid problems in the future...we are thinking of charging per hour or per visit.
