What: LAN Party!!!
When: October 24, 2009. 6:00PM to the next morning!
Where: DotA Boys Internet Cafe. Here's a map for the location (Note, Location is subject to change if we go above 20 users)
Who: Everyone! If you game and you have a computer you can bring in the LAN Party, you're in!
Assembly Time: 5:00PM-6:00PM
Registration Fee: P200.00
FREE Internet access, 19" AOC LCD MONITORS, Keyboard, Mouse and LAN CABLES ARE PROVIDED
For those who prefer not to bring their rigs, they can just use any available PC in the cafe for the same FEE overnight!

Checklist for those who want to bring their own PC

• Your PC - obviously
• Keyboard, Mouse and Mousepad
• Power cords
• Adapters (3 to 2 prong plugs)
• DVI to Analog or Analog to DVI dongle
• Headset
• Free up at least 20Gb in your main OS drive and 30G for your game installation drive
• Update your Drivers, Directx, .Net to the latest version.
• Update your antivirus. Don't blame us if your PC gets infected by others.
• If you have a software FIREWALL in your PC make sure you know how to manage it and allow the games access, otherwise turn it off or uninstall it.

What to bring, aside from your RIGs

• Lots of water. You can easily get dehydrated in airconditioned rooms overnight. Not good for the healthy boys
• Snacks - Be generous, bring extra for others.
• Money for dinner and snacks.
• Jacket (if you don't have body fat to insulate you from the cold AC)
• Coffee or Energy drinks (To stay awake through the 2nd half of the night)
• Mug for coffee (If you want to join us for coffee, Christian will bring a water heater and coffee but its BYO-Mug)

On our previous 2 LAN Parties, I gave away 10 HoN Beta Keys and it was a blast. You can ask some of the guys here to play with you at those times

Hi everyone, I just want to clarify that the listed games are the main games to be played during the night. Meaning, setup time will be used for these 3 games listed on the first post. That's 5pm until 7pm. Hopefully we go out for dinner together as a group. (oooiii bonding!! nyehehehe )

We want to start earlier this time and put things into a smoother flow. Can somebody lend me portable HDDs (enclosures) for the installers? I need at least 2, I already have one. I need the drive at least a day before Oct 24, 2009.

About the Tshirts. We're still negotiating with the sponsors. They need to know the final list of attendees by Monday October 12, 2009. So they can set aside a budget for it and hopefully ma approve nila and we get FREE Shirts! I said hopefully kay nag hangyo man ta, and of course because we're dealing with companies, they need to justify their expenses. If we don't come up with the list by that date, then wala ta FREE Tshirts The list of people who will get shirts will close on that date. If you decide after that, you won't get a shirt :P Sige pa design ko sa shirt now. I'll post. Expect the design to have sponsor logos
