The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in line with its vision as the Engine of Cebu’s Business Growth towards Global Competitiveness celebrated the annual Cebu Business Month last June with its theme “Get Inspired”. The month-long event staged a series of activities that focused on CBM’s major thrusts: ICT, TOURISM and ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

The flagship project of the Entrepreneurship Committee was “TRAILS OF SUCCESS”, a first-of-a-kind inspirational gallery and exhibit that showcased 100 of Cebu’s inspiring entrepreneurs. The project features a selection of 100 Cebu entrepreneurs focusing on their sustainable growth and strong brand identity in the market with their inspiring success stories. The exhibit was mounted during the CBM ’09 celebration in two leading malls in Cebu (SM and Ayala respectively) and ran from June 12 to 21, 2009.

Encouraged by the overwhelming success of the said exhibit, CCCI will be compiling the TRAILS OF SUCCESS stories in a Coffee Table Book. The said compilation will be printed in full-color (size: width 6 inches x length 9 inches) and distributed to CCCI Members and Non-Members at a cost. Proceeds from sponsorships and book sales shall be used to fund CCCI’s Entrepreneurship Development and Promotion projects, as well as, defray the production costs.

One of the immediate projects to be implemented is the TRAILS OF SUCCESS Roadshow which will bring the inspirational gallery an exhibit to four (4) major universities/colleges in Cebu from August to September 2009. This is intended to inspire students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable option to employment. The Roadshow will be followed by a business development project which will involve students with bright business ideas. This project shall culminate in the Cebu Business Month 2010.

In this regard, we are inviting your company to be one of the sponsors of the TRAILS OF SUCCESS Coffee Table book. At the outset, we are planning to print 1,000 copies. Enclosed herewith are the advertising rates and benefits we will be providing to sponsors.
