OK. So now it's 9.5M with 97 Ford Lynx. Surprise!!! Still OVERPRICED!!! The H&L fully furnished will costs around 7.5M-8M, the car at around 200K. OVERPRICED by around 1.3M. Smart AGENT!!!!

If I'm not mistaken this H&L is no longer brand new as advertised. I saw this property last year when one of my clients asked me to assess its value as they were planning to buy it. At that time, somebody was already renting this house. The owner's price was 8M negotiable during that time.

I don't think the poster is the owner of this property much more the ORIGINAL owner of this property. My guess, somebody bought this property from the original owner and is planning to resell this at a higher price. The poster is an agent who's day dreaming for an instant huge profit thinking that he can fool somebody to buy this property at the said price. So pathetic!!!
