Unsa man na, primary or secondary hypertension? The most common is primary hypertension, but then naa pud na stage 1, naay stage 2, naay stage 3 hypertension. Kinahanglan gyud na'g assessment sa doctor oi. Pero abi nimo, the KEY really is lifestyle modification gyud. Obviously, something in THE WAY you live is causing that high blood pressure, therefore you need to CHANGE/MODIFY it to get rid of the high blood pressure, di ba?

Best advice is to go to your doctor, they will prescribe you your B-blockers, A-blockers, Calcium Blockers ACE-I, ARBs, or a diuretic; whatever will help you cope. Reducing salt intake is always good as well.
