Default External Hard Drive data recovery specialist

Mga bai. Basin makatabang unya mo nako. I have a 120 GB hitachi 2.5" external drive that works fine until I dropped it just this afternoon. Now, when I plug it in the USB port it shows the icon in the system tray pero when I check "My Computer" it does not show as one of the drives anymore. Instead kanang "pop up" baloon it says "generic void disk USB device". Pwede ma remove safely ang drive pero dili na nako ma access ang content. I really need some important files in that drive. Maybe you know how you can help me or you know someone who can help me. I'm willing to pay to recover the important files.

Up lang ko ani please basin unya naa'y makakita nga hard drive repair expert diha. I would have given up on this drive if dili na sya ma detect pero naa pa man gud iyang icon sa system tray so there must be a way for the laptop to detect this drive. I just don't know how. I don't really mind buying a new drive - it's the files I want to retrieve.

@ entz Yup ako na gi-try sa 5 different computers, mao ra gihapon ang results

@ maseproject Thanks sa info bai. I'll keep that in mind. I especially like the no fix no charge policy. Hehehe. Try sa nako kining mga individual repairmen before going to Greenvalley.

@ johnjob I'll get in touch with you through text bai. Basin unya maka meetup ko nimo ugma.

@ rockford I've tried some recovery software pero dili man gud ma detect ang drive so there are no files to recover.

I just bought a 500 GB external drive as replacement so if I can retrieve the files from this old drive to the new one, I'll treat the person who does that for me sa YELLOW CAB or PIZZA HUT. Your choice! Hahaha.

Kidding aside, we shot some pictures of models last weekend and the pictures (some of which are quite good) are in that drive. I know there's no sense in crying over spilled milk.
