if you mean ang shellback lang then adto unahan sa Alegre Guitars and Lilang's Guitars factory. From the old bridge, diretso ka then turn left just before you reach Mactan Doctors. Subaya lang ang dalan, or ask around. Naay daghan diha manghimo, naa ra sa luyo ang ilang buhatanan.

If completed na nga guitar imong gusto, halos tanan diha naay baligya. depende ra sa imong budget. If export quality imong gusto then go to Alegre or Cebu Guitars (along highway before ka abot Gaisano Mactan). Piece of advice - if gamiton nimo for playing then test the guitar if it has the tone you are looking for. Don't get influenced by the fancy inlays.....many of the local luthiers already use chinese cedar tops although you can still ask for nangka tops. big difference in tone between the two.

for a decent quality shell-back guitar, expect to spend at least php 4,500. Some have wood shell-backs but I don't find the tone sharp enough. Medyo bungol-bungol gamay. and mo warp siya if you plan to bring it to colder-climates.

naa ky idea sa pricing regarding sa mga pang export na guitar sa alegre? with or w/out hard case?

mas nahan jud ko sa ovation but kalimot ko sa gisulti sa akng migo kung unsa to name sa factory nihimo ana sa ato

high-end ang Alegre. Php 5000 ang ilang starting. add php 1400 for the hardcase. Spain-traine luthier ang tag-iya, married to a Lilang if I'm not mistaken.

adto lang suway. you can even tour their guitar making process kay tapad ra ang display and factory.

in and around that area, naay daghan manimuhat pud og guitars pero mga low-end and mid-range. suroya lang na ang luyo, daghan kaayo kang makit-an, including hard case makers.
