A Private/Family-Owned Rest House is for rent which is ideal for long staying guests/family but we can accommodate short stay, day-use, or overnight use. The house is located in Pasol, Alcoy beside King Arthur (Sola Homes), near TRIPLE B Resort and minutes away from Tingko Beach.

The Rest House includes the ff:

- 1 spacious bay view room (with one Queen size bed, the room can accommodate 3-5 persons, with CR) 2,000 pesos per day.

- 1 bedroom ( with one Queen size bed, the room can accommodate 2-4 persons, with CR) 1,700 pesos per day.

- if you want the house fully exclusive for your whole family or group, its 3,500 pesos per day.

- 1 refrigerator ( for your beverage and food)
- 1 gas stove with tank
- kitchen ( with limited utensils)
- Dining Table (with dining ware)
- Mini Bar Counter
- Spacious Sala ( with one set of Sofa)
- Terrace Upstairs (beach view, with 1 set of Sofa)

bitaw sis.. what if ang kana tag 1200 akong e rent.. niya ang room ra ang ma rentan? niya sis asa ana na room ang tag.1200? asa na dapit na resthouse sis? mu comment ko para ma up ni...hehehhe
