can xigmatek dark knight fit in my setup?

good day,

im planning to buy a cpu cooler. im choosing between the xigmatek dark knight and xigmatek red scorpion. mura pareha raman sila ug dimensions, im not sure why dako kaayo difference sa ila price, probably its becoz of the rpm sa fans.

i have this setup:
gigabyte ga p35-ds3l mobo, it has ocz xtc memory cooler installed. the memory cooler is already touching the stock intel cpu cooler. pero ang stock intel cooler is positioned in a way that the fan is lying down so mu lapad jud cya, while the xigmatek cooler has a fan that is standing up so it does not take up much space sideways.

can you judge by the pictures if the dark knight fits?
(by the way, i plan to install the dark knight facing the front, the fan blowing towards the back)

sa casing ok ra bro, wala ra problema ky big enough ra ako case. antec 900.

sa memory rako na kuyawan if musangit ky naa man ocz xtc memory cooler gi install, mejo lapad mangud ang ocz xtc memory cooler.

bago lang ko naka google pud sa height clearance niya. 35mm daw.

ang ocz xtc memory cooler has 23mm height pero dili man xa tapot jud sa mobo so mga plus 5mm pa cguro.
