Longer version of my first post:
1.)Research for the one you think is best, by viewing articles/threads that compare the different brands and models of the p45 chipset within your budget.
2.)Ask local retailers if they have it on stock or if you can order it and their price, since they are the best source to tell you if it is available locally. If its not available..
3.) Go on with next best choice and repeat step 2.
