    Default Unsay feeling mag work ug call center?


    ..post it here guys.. anything that cud answer the following questions:

    **experiences/thoughts/feelings/etc...

    -with the benefits the company offers
    -the people you work with
    -with the pay that you receive
    -the changes (if naa man gni) pag work nimo sa cc
    -fears/traumas with the calls that you received
    -ang mga reklamo nimo sa company
    -expectations nimo sa company

    as a first timer: excited.kapoy.lost sometimes.excited na sad balik.inspired panag-sa.lost na sad.kapoy..
    nig apply na sad sa lahi: gikapoy umpisa pa lang.lost again.bakakon cge pangita rason makaabsent ra...heheh ..excited kada sweldo...and the cycle goes on and on and on until jump na sad sa lahi na account/callcenter...

    first 3-6 months... martyr, saintly days n as an agent.
    after regularization.... hahahaha.. so help me God nlng.
    abusado pa sa tanang abusado..

    as for my experience, first 3-6 months kay kinto gyud ka permi.
    pressure and all.. but fulfilling once ma regular naka.

    ma feel nimo na maayo ka mag-iningles until imo customer mosulti na taga india ka! hehehe...

    exciting pag first but after awhile kapoy na kay lahi dyud ang tulog sa gabii..

    1st 3months on my 1st call center = lingaw, interesting, naning, guol sa stats
    1st 3months on my 2nd call center = ngita paagi unsaon pag maninpulate metrics hehehe. release to the max kay wala gana
    1st 3months on my 3rd call center = pabadlong lang gihapon. mas worst pa kay sa 2nd
    1st 3months on my 4th call center = nag bagong buhay. nag kat on. mag guol kung dili ma sulbad ang issue. mangita paagi nga ma kat on huhuhuh. until karon naa ra gihapon diri heheheh

    1st month nako until 2years ang 7 months ko sa akong so-called callcenter nga gitrabahoan.. way kausaban.. hahahaha

    1st call center experience- wa ko kauyon sa TL and sa account... awol jud daun ko... wahahahaha!

    2nd call center experience(present)- ganahan kaau ko kay dili ra strict.. nindot kaau.. wa jud ko na-stress. different man gud xa sa normal na call center... actually, bag-o ra ni nga company... mga virtual personal associates ang tawag sa mga agents...
